About Omar
Direct access.
Straight answers.
Legal advice should reduce uncertainty, not add to it. The approach is personal, bilingual and grounded in the practical consequences of every decision.
The approach
The law is a wall. The job is to make sure it protects you.
I am a senior legal consultant and the Founder & Managing Partner of OS Legal in Dubai, with more than a decade of practice across the UAE and Egypt — spanning criminal defence, corporate and commercial matters, real estate and cross-border transactions.
I chose a practice built on direct access because clients deserve to understand exactly who is responsible for their strategy. Whether the issue is an urgent criminal investigation, a commercial dispute or a personal matter, the requirement is the same: understand the facts, explain the risk clearly, and act with discipline.
Criminal matters remain a central focus, but legal problems rarely stay in neat boxes — a criminal allegation can threaten a business; a civil dispute can affect reputation and freedom. Strategy has to address the whole picture.
